I had work  done on our A/C  by a pervious company recently and they did a terrible job. I started to have issues and there was always excuses from other company. My friend Victor then recommended me Mauro, from  Assure Cool Air & Heat.  I called him and he came the next day , bright and early . He found the problem right away  and fixed it. He took his time to explain to me to the problem we were having, and other issues that it had.  This is the best experience I have had. A few days later we decided to get a whole new system from them.  The best choice we made!!!   He is honest and very knowledgeable .   This company will be my to go from know on for any HVAC  work  and maintenance  They are very trustworthy. Thank you to Mauro and his team for an excellent and professional work. My experience with assure is amazing, called 2 weeks ago on a Saturday morning and owner came over within a hour. Replaced a complete ac unit inside and outside same day. 7:45pm on the Sunday before school starts back up and our ac went out. Tried all the usual tricks to no avail. Had an old contact saved in my phone from 2019 and took a chance and called fully expecting voice mail. To my surprise I got an actual human, who promised to be here within the hour!!! Fixed our problem AND checked on regular maintenance updates to make sure we are good for a while. Cooling off nicely now. I had an issue with my A/C not cooling, and Assure Cool Air & Heating came through right away. The owner arrived within 5 minutes, quickly diagnosed the problem, and found that the thermostat had simply been programmed incorrectly. He was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything instead of trying to sell me on unnecessary repairs. I was relieved that it was something simple and not a major issue. Called Assure Because my AC unit was not working. I spoke with **************. I told him about my problem with my AC and. He was the nicest, polite., person you can Imagine. He made me feel comfortable. He went above and beyond professionalism. I will definitely recommend you guys this company. If you want honest people this is a good company to work with.
