I had work  done on our A/C  by a pervious company recently and they did a terrible job. I started to have issues and there was always excuses from other company. My friend Victor then recommended me Mauro, from  Assure Cool Air & Heat.  I called him and he came the next day , bright and early . He found the problem right away  and fixed it. He took his time to explain to me to the problem we were having, and other issues that it had.  This is the best experience I have had. A few days later we decided to get a whole new system from them.  The best choice we made!!!   He is honest and very knowledgeable .   This company will be my to go from know on for any HVAC  work  and maintenance  They are very trustworthy. Thank you to Mauro and his team for an excellent and professional work. My experience with assure is amazing, called 2 weeks ago on a Saturday morning and owner came over within a hour. Replaced a complete ac unit inside and outside same day. 7:45pm on the Sunday before school starts back up and our ac went out. Tried all the usual tricks to no avail. Had an old contact saved in my phone from 2019 and took a chance and called fully expecting voice mail. To my surprise I got an actual human, who promised to be here within the hour!!! Fixed our problem AND checked on regular maintenance updates to make sure we are good for a while. Cooling off nicely now. Could not appreciate this service and kindness more. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I had an issue with my A/C not cooling, and Assure Cool Air & Heating came through right away. The owner arrived within 5 minutes, quickly diagnosed the problem, and found that the thermostat had simply been programmed incorrectly. He was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything instead of trying to sell me on unnecessary repairs. I was relieved that it was something simple and not a major issue. Best and easiest experience ive ever had. Called another company out to look at our AC and could tell they were trying to rip me off. And then they began to say they couldnt get it done that day cause all the shops were closed for the parts and insisted I waited till the week started up.
Called Assure  Cool Air & Heat after hours, and they had the parts in house and decided to come and and get it running in an hour. Best part it was less than half the cost. I highly recommend them, and they will be getting my services from now on.

We have had Mario's service for several years at the recommendation of a neighbor. He has been honest and true in everything he told us about our old unit. He helped us with problems no one else would touch, and solved them for us. When it was time for a new system he told us so, and replaced it at the lowest bid that we got for it.
